📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing store strategies.,Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
