📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursing station.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience in a similar role is a plus.
