📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian road transportation regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
