Depot Oka Mart is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Coordinate with management to ensure smooth HR operations,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
