📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and external auditors.,Provide financial advice and analysis to support the company's strategic goals and decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members on accounting principles and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
