As an IT & Purchasing Staff at Hon-Kwang Electric (Philippines), you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring that all hardware and software needs are met efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software, to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee procurement processes, from vendor selection to order fulfillment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure IT and procurement needs are met efficiently.
• Monitor and report on IT performance and procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and procurement best practices to drive innovation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procurement procedures.
• Provide technical support to staff as needed, ensuring that all IT issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that we receive the best products and services at competitive prices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and procurement.
• Proficient in using IT tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar procurement software.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices.
• Certification in ITIL or similar IT service management framework is a plus.
