Accor Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. Your work will ensure that our users have access to clear, accurate, and up-to-date information to help them use our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for software products
  • Collaborating with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details
  • Ensuring documentation is clear, accurate, and user-friendly
  • Reviewing and editing documentation to maintain consistency and quality
  • Updating documentation to reflect changes in software products
  • Assisting in the development of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials
  • Providing technical support to users through documentation
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to project discussions

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software documentation
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
