As an Accounts Receivable Staff, you’ll handle daily financial transactions, process customer invoices, and manage accounts receivable efficiently using our in-house accounting software, SAP. You’ll also work closely with our sales and customer service teams to resolve any payment issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify customer invoices and payments accurately.
- Manage accounts receivable using SAP software.
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment issues with customers.
- Generate and analyze reports on accounts receivable to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial records.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using SAP or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
