📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of training programs and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide support to trainers and participants.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training goals are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training providers and materials.,Support the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
