📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for collection officers, focusing on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales process optimization.
• Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to help collection officers improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the collection team to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that the training programs are relevant and effective.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics tools, and other relevant software to enhance the training and development of collection officers.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to collection officers, helping them to develop their leadership and management skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the collection team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, collection, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data analytics tools, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in sales techniques, customer relationship management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
