📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Manage the company's accounting and tax obligations
• Provide financial advice and support to the management team
• Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a retail or electronics industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with local regulations and financial standards in Indonesia
