Fleet Coordinator

Hotel Tono Medical Center is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all vehicles, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position located in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition at all times.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle use.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle-related activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in safety training and initiatives to promote a safe working environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel and work in all weather conditions.
