📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze fuel consumption data to identify trends, patterns, and inefficiencies in our fleet operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency, including driver training programs, vehicle maintenance schedules, and route optimization.
• Monitor and report on fuel costs, fuel usage, and fuel efficiency metrics to support decision-making and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and drivers to ensure compliance with fuel procurement and usage policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to fuel management and sustainability.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of fuel management processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present fuel consumption reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Work with external partners and suppliers to negotiate fuel contracts and secure cost-effective fuel solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fuel management, fleet operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in fuel management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
