📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct various food safety and quality tests, including microbial, chemical, and physical analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Prepare and analyze samples according to established procedures and standards.,Document and record test results accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
