📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales transactions and cashiering operations,Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale customers,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and financial transactions,Train and mentor junior sales assistants and cashiers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashiering roles,Strong knowledge of retail sales and cash handling procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems,High school diploma or equivalent,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently
