In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading our server team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of servers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop new servers to ensure they meet the clinic's standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Server in a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.,Valid food handling certificate.
