📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and transactions,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making,Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns,Monitor and reconcile bank reconciliations,Train and mentor junior accounting staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
