📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects from conception to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.,Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and present them to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
