📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
