📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Manage the sales pipeline and track the progress of leads to ensure timely follow-up.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
