📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage semiconductor packaging assembly processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.,Optimize packaging processes to improve yield, throughput, and overall performance.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address process issues and defects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
