📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong design portfolio that showcases your work.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.,Create and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and client specifications.,Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project deadlines.,Provide creative input and suggestions to improve design quality and efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate your skills.,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Experience in working with both print and digital media is a plus.
