📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Performing a variety of laboratory tests with high accuracy and precision.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Providing technical support and training to junior laboratory staff.
  • Analyzing and interpreting test results to support clinical decisions.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of laboratory practice.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
  • Documenting all laboratory activities and maintaining accurate records.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant laboratory software and equipment.
  • Valid certification or license as a Laboratory Technician.
