📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Manage guest relations and resolve any issues promptly
• Implement and monitor guest satisfaction surveys and feedback
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track guest interactions and preferences
• Organize and lead team meetings to discuss guest feedback and operational improvements
• Ensure all guest communications are professional, polite, and in line with the resort's brand values

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest experience management or similar roles
• Proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus
