📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the palm oil processing plant
• Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the production line
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Foreman or Workshop Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of mechanics and technicians
• Strong knowledge of palm oil processing equipment and machinery
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or Maximo
• Valid certification in heavy equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., forklift, cranes, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
