Mining Site Officer - Dynamic Mining Environment

BKH Indonesia Investment is seeking a skilled Mining Site Officer to join our dynamic team in the vibrant mining industry. As a Mining Site Officer, you'll play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations at our mining sites in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all mining activities are conducted safely and efficiently, in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily mining operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and oversee the work of mining personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve mining efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all mining activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all mining activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, ensuring that all personnel are fully trained and knowledgeable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of mining software and equipment, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a mining safety permit.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
