📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate and coordinate land access negotiations with local communities and government agencies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing land use agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and report on land access progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to mining teams on land access matters.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in land access management.
• Participate in community engagement activities to build trust and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land access.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land access coordination, community relations, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
