📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using POS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Manage cash drawers and reconcile daily deposits to prevent discrepancies.
• Process customer payments and provide change efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the store manager of any stock shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or cashier role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and financial software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
