📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards
- Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage the company's accounting and tax obligations
- Provide financial advice and support to the management team
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a retail or electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local regulations and financial standards in Indonesia
