📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal and compliance advisory to the underwriting, claims, and client teams, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of our operations to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance and risk management regulations and provide timely updates to the team.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and compliant with all relevant laws.
• Provide training and guidance to the team on legal and compliance matters.
• Ensure that all data protection measures are in place and that our data handling practices comply with relevant laws, such as the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• Represent the company in legal and compliance matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within the insurance or risk management industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance and risk management regulations, including the PDPL and other relevant laws.
• Proficient in using legal management software such as CaseWare, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in insurance law or risk management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
