In this role, you’ll be on the front lines, visiting clients’ offices and residences to assess their financial situations, negotiate repayment plans, and provide tailored solutions. With a focus on debt recovery and financial consulting, you’ll work with clients in sectors like retail, hospitality, and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients in their offices and homes to assess their financial situations and negotiate repayment plans.
• Use Salesforce and BCA’s proprietary systems to track and manage debt recovery cases.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and advice to clients to help them resolve their financial challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with the BCA Finance team to ensure consistent and effective debt recovery strategies.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and updates with clients to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery and financial consulting.
• Report on key metrics and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt recovery, financial consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and other relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices in debt recovery.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
